Hey Friend!
When I was first asked to speak at a live event, my initial thought was, 'I can't.' If you had asked me a year ago, I would have said, 'No!' and probably given every reason why I couldn't, shouldn't, and wouldn't do it (my schedule, my kids, etc.) I had all the excuses. The truth is, I was afraid. But I finally said yes, and I'm so glad I did!
Today, I'm so excited to share all the personal nuggets, wins, and lessons I learned from my very first (very fancy) keynote speaking engagement. I'm taking you through my thought process from a place of fear to getting myself to a 'Yes!' to going and, finally, executing.
