Do you keep telling yourself you are “waiting on God” before you start? Maybe you’ve convinced yourself that staying quiet, playing small, or holding back is humility. You wonder if you’re qualified, ready, or if now is even the right time. But what if that voice telling you to stay hidden is not humility at all?
In this episode, we are having an honest conversation about the difference between true surrender and fear disguised as spirituality. Sometimes phrases like “I don’t want to get ahead of God” can actually be rooted in perfectionism, self-protection, fear of failure, or fear of being seen. And friend, staying stuck is not the same thing as being faithful.
God does not call the qualified. He qualifies the called. If He placed an assignment, idea, business, or message on your heart, He is not asking you to shrink back in false humility. He is asking you to trust Him enough to take the next step.
